Falling Apart
Good morning, good afternoon, good night. Depending on when your reading this. I started saying this new word. I included it in my email last week. The word is Fetch. AND I CANT STOP SAYING IT. Im not that concerned though. Every missionary uses it, even the Hermanas.
This Pday came super fast, probly because my last one was in Wednesday. But I'm stoked for this Pday. WE ACTUALLY HAVE SOMETHING PLANNED!!! Our plan is to go to Cosquin, go shopping, and play soccer. I'm super excited. There's just one problem, I am complete buns at soccer. If you have any tips, please let me know.
It's also about time for a haircut.
These wonderful 4 days of work were super chill, At least in Bialet Massé. Meanwhile in Cosquin. Our leadership in our branch is falling apart. It's like a bomb went off. It got so bad to the point the first counselor to the mission president showed up to help. I have no clue what's happening, but every member that is a leader in our group, they are not going to church. Youe probly thinking, oh that's not bad, just get them to go back to church. Good idea, Good idea. But there's another problem. They don't want anything to do with the church, like they wished they never became a member. I dont know if they are just tweaking, or something bad happened. Plus it dose not help that the font is still broken.
Anyways, time for the super short week.
Wednesday: Happy New Year!!!! Totally got out of bed super hyped. It just felt like another Wednesday. Sadly we weren't allowed to leave. People still be getting turned up and drunk, on the 1st. So they called it a Pday. All I did was talk to the fam. During the day we ran out of data. Spooked us a little bit, but we ran to the store to get more. Don't worry we got permission from the president to leave. Spent 45 minutes looking for an open store. Finally found one, and bought back our data.
Friday: Got to sleep in because my comp is still sick. I only had to stay in for the morning. The DL Elder Ponce stopped by to run an intercambio. I would leave the pension with him, And work normally. And Elder Miller would stay home and do phone calls with Elder Robinson. Elder Ponce and I cooked. We were grinding contacts and lessons. The best one we had was with Karina. Completly changed her perspective and how she can change. She definitely felt the spirit, never seen her more happy before. She also started crying. I lobe changing people's life's.She also willing to get baptized now. She told us that after that lesson, she had found the love and peace that she had been looking for.
Saturday: Today we left the house with fire in our souls. I'm glad we did because we put a Baptism date on Karinas son, Francisco. We were freaking hyped. We also got the opportunity to have Presidente Camejo and his fam come to a few lessons. I have also realized that I'm lowkey famous here. Everytime a walk down centro, where all the shops are, I don't even have to say hi to people because they all say Hola Fuller. I'm also known in all the shops. The shop owners know exactly who I am, they always talk to me.
Sunday: fast sunday was chill. Normal church. We woke up early to get all our recent converts to go. Successfully got 3 of them to go. We literally got permission from there mom to drag them out if bed. Ran to the train, we almost missed it. I almost fell asleep during church, multiple times. But the happy part is we confirmed 2 member lunched this week. Everybodys testimony was super good.
I have gotten obsessed with throwing cards. I throw the little Jesus cards that we hand out, over people's fences. Sure out if the 60 I've thrown, 3 have landed successfully by there door. I once got one in somebody's window, it was legendary. Anyways, that's it for my week if you wanna email me here's the email, once again. Tiago.fuller@missionary.org. I love you all, enjoy this beautiful week,
Peace out my Ninjas
