Run!!

 Happy Monday my friends! I hope you all are alive and well! 


Run!!!!
Totally got chased by a man this week. It was about 6 in the afternoon and we were looking for some members. We happened to be knocking doors by the villa. When the member didn't come to the door, we dipped to go eat lunch. 

While we were walking we heard a "Hey!" I as a little confused at first but then we hard it again but louder. We just decided to keep walking. Then we heard "chicos stop walking!". I turned around to see who it was and I saw a guy with green shorts with his shirt off holding something black in his hand. He also happened to be walking towards us. When he saw me turn and look at him, he turned on the jets, and started running at us, amd yelling at us. 

In that moment I was a little confused. When I turned back around I saw that my comp had already takin off running... So I dipped as fast as a can. We ran for about 4 blocks until we got to this very busy street. From there he turn and ran the opposite direction.



Elections
This Sunday there was Elctions. Elections for the governor of Córdoba. Whats crazy is here everyome that is 18 and older has to vote. If you don't vote your passport gets marked and you can't go anywhere. If you want to leabe and you didnt vote you have to go to court and tell the jury why you didn't, and they get to decide if they should remove the mark or not from your passport.

The worst part about it is that you get assigned to a certain school, where you have to vote. That school could be 5 hours away or right down the street. Some people had to go an upwards of 6 hours to go vote

Heat
It's gotten really hot here. Like we are still in spring and we are hitting 97 degree weather. What doesn't help is the humidity. Lets just say the Swass is real!


Baptism
2 more people entered the waters of baptism last week. Gonzalo and Karina Salto. They were baptized by Jose, who got baptized last week. It was wonderful to see a family get baptized! They are missing on child, and she has plans to get baptized next week!

Witches, Dark Spirits and Jesus's Girlfriend

  This week was full of surprises! We ran into some witches, dark Spirits, and even the girlfriend of Jesuschrist!  Witches We're teaching this family right now of witches! We passed by with David (overpowered member) to see if these people have interest. During the lesson, David whispered to us that they are a family full of witches! We were a little confused, because David has nevr met this family in his life! We shrugged that phrase off and scheduled another appointment! The next time we passed, she asked us to see her magic broomstick!!! She was also cooking up some stew, that was literally neon green, and smoking! Definently a Witch, David was right. Sleepy Times!

  Buen Día! How are all of you people? I hope your all doing well. This week was pretty exciting. Had a lot of things happen that made me find a lot of joy in doing this work. This week we invited everyone to baptism sin miedo (without fear). Because of this we saw the fruits of invitations. We put 7 fechas this week. 6 for the 23rd, and 1 for the 2nd. But sadly everybody is unperfect. Only 3 of the fechas pulled up to church. That means we have to take off all the fechas that didnt go to church. One Fecha named Gabriel, is getting baptized in a river. Sadly he asked my comp to perform the ordinance. That means I don't get to bap in a river.the planning for it goes crazy! We have to scout a spot, find a spot to change, what members want to drive 30 minutes for the baptism. The other 2 are little kids. We get to baptize them on Sunday in a font.
