Livin It Up Every Second!

What is up my peeps? what's poppin in the states? This week was full of miracles! There were some tough times, but we lived up every second!

Homeless man!
One day, while walking down the street a homeless man came to talk. Instead of confronting both of us he came right up to me, pointed in my face and said. "Your going to Hell because your wearing Jesus's name!". I asked him calmly why he thought that. He angrily responded "Because nobody can wear Jesus's name, and the ones that do go to hell!".

In that moment we attempted to teach about the Baptismal covenant... but he started running away! We didnt think much of it and started walking away. A few seconds later, we heard somebody running up behind us. As we turned around we saw the homeless man sprinting at us, with his hands in fists! Just before we were about to start running... he tripped on a Crack! We sat there for a second confused waiting for him to get up, but he never did, so we continued walking!

(Don't worry, we saw him back in his corner alive just fine later that day)

I was Looking for you guys!
If you've gone on a mission or are on one right now. One of the best Miracles that a missionary can get is when you find a person who has been looking for you. Its the best feeling ever, because they are the best to baptize! That happened to us TWICE this week!

The first was named Susana Ybarra! She called our name from across the street! She told us that she was about to get baptized in the church of Jesuschrist, but moved the saturday before her baptism. When we heard that we were really excited. We put a baptismal date on her for the 16th! Sadly she has some law of Chastity issues. So her date was postponed😬😬

The second was Mercedes! We were passing by Grido (An icecream shop) and a lady called us over. She asked us where we were from. I told her I'm from Germany, and my comp is from Canada. She freaked out and said she wanted to hear a lesson. We taught about Baptism and she accepted a date for baptism! Later that week she told us she was not interested.

ChocoTorta Alfajores
I officially have a new favorite candy/snack. Its called a Chocotorta Alfajore. These things are literal miniature chocolate cakes, drowned in chocolate. They are also not that expensive either!

Spiritual Thought
Ether 12:4
4 Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God.

Thank you everybody for reading this weeks email!
