The Healing Power of Christ

 How is everybody? I hope you are all doing well! This week has really opened my eyes to how Christ can heal others! Lots of crazy stuff has happened and there has been a ton of miracles!




Transfers
Transfers happend today... turns out nothing changes for me. Im still in Alta Córdoba with the GOAT himself Elder Jacobs! We get 2 transfers together. The craziest part about this transfer is we have Christmas and Thanksgiving, So that means we are going to be seeing a ton of miracles.

The area Alta Córdoba is progressing, the members here are warming up to us. They are starting to help us more and more. They do have a problem with us baptizing on Sunday...😶 but thanks to all the service we've done they are keeping baptisms on sunday!😁



The Healing Power Of Christ!
This was one of the craziest weeks I've had with the people I interacted with! It was strange at first but... everybody was so open, and just 100% willing to say what problems are happening in their life. I've had about 5 people cry this week (It was the Holy Ghost) This week also made us use more of the melchizedek, which is also a huge blessing! Here are a couple storys that happened during the week

Old guy on the street
We knocked this one house and an old man came out and instantly shut us down! "Go away, I don't need to talk to you idiots". As he was shutting the door in asked if we could at least have some water. He said ok, and went inside to get us some cups! When he walked back out, he was crying.

He told us that he lost his wife and all his family. We taught him about the plan of salvation, he definitely felt better after that.

Abel and Carlos
We found these guys hanging out in there front yard vibing to some music. We asked to share a quick message of 5 minutes. We start every lesson off with getting to know the people. We asked him how they were. Somehow with that one question the spirit touched their hearts and told there entire backstory.  About how there dad is in the hospital and that they are running out of money, and that they want to drop cocaine!

We invited them to read the scriptures and to pray to recieve help to their problems. We passed by the other day... they read and prayed and are a lot happier, they both accepted a date to get baptized on the 30th of November.



Valentina
Valentina is our recent convert that got baptized 2 weeks ago! One day we felt a spiritual prompting to stop by their house to check in. Valentina answered the door... when she did we could see that something wasn't right. We kindly asked her if she was OK. 

Her answer is pretty long so I will sum it up. This is how she responded.

Really bad! Everything that has happened to me in the past is all coming back. The times I've been beaten, raped, assaulted, etc. (all by others, not her family). Just all hit me last night... so I went into the bathroom to commit suicide. Luckily my dad caught me right before I was about to do it.

When we heard this it was like getting hit by 3 semi trucks going 90mph on the freeway. We were really shocked and had no clue what to say. My comp offered to teach her about the Atonement and I brang up giving her a Blessing of Comfort. She accepted the invitations.

We checked on her everyday and she slowly looked better and better and Happier everyday! The Healing power of Christ is real!

Alma 26: 24-25
24 He doeth not anything save it be for the benefit of the world; for he loveth the world, even that he layeth down his own life that he may draw all men unto him. Wherefore, he commandeth none that they shall not partake of his salvation.
   25 Behold, doth he cry unto any, saying: Depart from me? Behold, I say unto you, Nay; but he saith: Come unto me all ye ends of the earth, buy milk and honey, without money and without price.

Witches, Dark Spirits and Jesus's Girlfriend

  This week was full of surprises! We ran into some witches, dark Spirits, and even the girlfriend of Jesuschrist!  Witches We're teaching this family right now of witches! We passed by with David (overpowered member) to see if these people have interest. During the lesson, David whispered to us that they are a family full of witches! We were a little confused, because David has nevr met this family in his life! We shrugged that phrase off and scheduled another appointment! The next time we passed, she asked us to see her magic broomstick!!! She was also cooking up some stew, that was literally neon green, and smoking! Definently a Witch, David was right. Dark Spirit We were walking one day, and we knocked this door, that was hidden behind a few houses. A girl answered, and told us to come inside instantly and help her! Sleepy Times!

  Buen Día! How are all of you people? I hope your all doing well. This week was pretty exciting. Had a lot of things happen that made me find a lot of joy in doing this work. This week we invited everyone to baptism sin miedo (without fear). Because of this we saw the fruits of invitations. We put 7 fechas this week. 6 for the 23rd, and 1 for the 2nd. But sadly everybody is unperfect. Only 3 of the fechas pulled up to church. That means we have to take off all the fechas that didnt go to church. One Fecha named Gabriel, is getting baptized in a river. Sadly he asked my comp to perform the ordinance. That means I don't get to bap in a river.the planning for it goes crazy! We have to scout a spot, find a spot to change, what members want to drive 30 minutes for the baptism. The other 2 are little kids. We get to baptize them on Sunday in a font.
