No Subject
How are we doing everybody! Sorry if this email reached your inbox late. I didn't want to write it in the morning because I was lazy. Plus im on a 3 hour bus ride right now heading to Córdoba Capital for a leadership Conference tomorrow! So nows the best time to write it!
Zone Conference
This past week we had the opportunity to travel to Córdoba Capital for a Zone conference! It was on a Thursday so it lowkey destroyed our week. But it was a really awesome Conference I really learned a lot from it.
Elder Walker and I had to give a lesson on how to clean the inner cup, or in other words, how can we repent and what blessing come from it. We decided to make the lesson interactive, so we decided to run a science experiment. Sadly it wasn't a volcano... we used a glass cup of water and put some wierd liquid inside. The liquid meant sin/disobedience. Then we poured some chlorine inside the cup and all the dirty liquid disappeared. Which simply means the Atonement of Christ and what happens when we apply it.

Pte Rhea told a story about when he was younger that his son's one and only goal was to beat dad in a wrestling match. Sadly his son was to skinny and couldn't take him down. (Lowkey sounds like me) When his son left on his mission he worked out every day and ate really well. When he came home he was about 5 times bigger. The first thing that happend when they got home is take off their suit coats and wrestled. Pte Rhea then said that after 20 minutes they gave up and ended in a tie.
He refered to this story as spiritual weight that we can gain through obedience. And with this weight we can better get through Satan's temptations!
Priesthood Power
This past week we got to use the power of the priesthood a lot through blessing the sick. We gave a lot of members and friends blessings. These expiriences make me happy knowing that I can better help someone get through a rough time, or get better if their sick.
One blessing I gave was to our friend Stephanie. She got really sick, so she asked us to pass by and give a blessing. She choose me to give the blessing and to seal the oil. In the blessing I told her that God has a big plan for her in the gathering of his kingdom. When I said that she shook like she got the chills, or that she was feeling the spirit. In the end the spirit helped me help her progress closer to baptism and helping gather Isreal.
After the blessing she thanked us, and we asked her what stood out to you in the blessing. She replied that when I said that he has a great work for her to do. When I heard that I got a spiritual confirmation in my heart that she really will be baptized in a couple weeks.
Stake Conference
This week crazy enough we even had stake conference. WOW So many conferences in a couple days. We had a 70 travel to participate in the stake confernece. Sadly I can't remember what his name is. He talked about out conversion and that through covenants we can be healed by the Atonement of Christ.
We got to watch conference in our church. They did a local broadcast to all the church buildings for the people who couldn't make the long drive to a neighboring pueblo. When we got to the church, everything was set up and there were members ready to watch. Right when it started the wifi broke and the whole thing shut down. Thanks a lot Satan... We spent about half the conference trying to get it to work, or finding another way to watch it.
After 30 minutes the leaders have up and through everything into our hands and told us to fix it. 5 minutes later after a bathroom break and a turned on Hotspot everything was working normally. The leaders were really confused on why they didn't think of that.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Thanks for reading the email! It was longer then normal because I don't have much else to do on this bus, and that my companion is out cold. He's also snoring and I've recieved some wierd faces from people. Ima just let him sleep in peace. Sorry people traveling on the bus with us.
